An architectural design concept and spatial orientation overview for Malini's residence designed by Rahul Construction:
Massing and Spatial Program: The contemporary single-to-partial upper-level residence features a net total built-up area of 1,640 sq ft, comprising a spacious ground floor area of 1,456 sq ft ($135.27\text{ m}^2$) and a compact first-floor extension of 184 sq ft ($17.14\text{ m}^2$).
Exterior Architecture: The modern front elevation showcases clean horizontal flat-roof lines, accent wood-textured panels, textured stone-clad pillars, a circular decorative feature window, warm recessed lighting, and a glass-balustrade upper terrace deck.
Functional Layout & Zoning:
Ground Floor: Accommodates a front sit-out ($3.60 \times 2.04\text{ m}$) opening into a living room ($3.60 \times 3.72\text{ m}$), a central dining area ($3.60 \times 7.08\text{ m}$), an enclosed kitchen ($3.60 \times 3.90\text{ m}$) with an adjoining work area (W/A) and store room, multiple bedrooms ($3.60 \times 3.72\text{ m}$), and attached W/C facilities.
First Floor: Comprises an upper living space connected to a vast open terrace area.
Circulation and Access: Interior traffic flows intuitively from the front entry sit-out through the central living and dining spine, providing smooth access to private bedroom wings and service zones.
Vertical Integration: An internal staircase links the main ground-floor living core to the upper-level living space and expansive open terrace.
Fenestration and Ventilation: Perimeter walls are fitted with distributed window units (w2, w3, w4, w3A) and ventilators (v) across multiple facades to maximize natural daylighting and promote cross-ventilation through the interior spaces.
